Guarantee / Warranty

 

Telic is guaranteed against manufacturer’s defect for a maximum of six months from date of purchase. Product covered by the Telic guarantee will be replaced at Telic’s discretion.

 

Returns& Exchanges

 

Non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

 

Enclose our RA form (Click Here) with the items you are returning.

 

To return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, go to “My Account,” click on “Complete Orders,” then click “Return Item(s)” and complete the return/exchange.

 

If you do not have an account, (Click Here) to print your return shipping label and complete the return process.

Refunds will take approximately 1-3 weeks. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.

 

Your card will be credited after the product has been received and qualified against the return policy.
